My future daughter-in-law.

Or so I'm told at least once a week. Ian's little girlfriend can over yesterday to swim. I asked to document his first crush and so we took some pictures and they took some of each other. He told me a couple of weeks ago that "soon enough I'm going to move out of your house and get my own house and marry T---. " I said I didn't know if her daddy would like that very much. He replied, "Why?! Well, I'll ask him next time I see him". I'm not sure her daddy is ready for that talk yet. I hear he's not too happy about his daughter talking about a little boy all day long. The fact that he has this strange, goofy look on his face in most of the pictures , unnerves me a little.

Fun Times in Springfield

We got to see most of my family while we were home. I didn't get to see by brother-in-law, Justin...or my niece, Alexa, and they were very missed...but it was nice to see the others. As you can see, my dad is adjusting nicely to retirement.

My Handsome Nephew

I was honored to take my nephew's senior pictures over the 4th of July weekend. I can't believe he's going to be a senior. Seems like yesterday he was a little baby goobie that I couldn't put down. All of my nieces and nephews are so special to me. I was lucky to be able to focus on them and love them before I had my own baby goo-goo's. Happy Father's Day

I am lucky to have a few great father's in my life. Starting with my dad, then my father-in-law, then my brother (as a dad) and last but certainly not least, Rob. Here are some pictures of Ian and Lily working on their masterpieces for their dad. Ian has really and finally embraced painting. I've been waiting patiently.
