Lily's Birthday Party

We celebrated Lily's 1st birthday party on Saturday. It was a good time. We invited her friends and teachers from Sunday School and my parents and brother were able to be there also. My mom brought serving piece that she made from looking at Melissa's blog...that is in the second picture. It turner out really cute. She has another cool craft on there right now you should go check it out.

My Rock Star!

So, Ian is relatively inhibited. So we were pretty surprised when this came out of him. At the end you can kind of hear him blame dad for his bad guitar playing as the reason they were boo-ed from stage. Sorry the lighting is so bad. I didn't want to make a big deal of recording him or he would have stopped singing.

1 year and 17.5 months

It's nice to shoot for fun.

When I don't take 1,000 pictures of my own kids a week, I start to feel like I'm neglecting them. So here are a couple that I took today at our new neighborhood swing set.

On the way home from school...

Ian: I was waiting in line for the bathroom today and I tooted....Brady laughed at me.

:Laughter:

Mom: Did you say excuse me?

Ian: I don't think so...I don't have to say excuse me when you're not there.

Mom: hmmm.
